The Evil Eye is an arcane magic that concentrates the annoyance/dislike/hate in oneself which manifests in an invisible beam that emits from the eyes. Effects include goosebumps, mutual dislike or nothing at all. Once the sole domain of the Warlocks of the Eredar , mortals acquired the skill after Wes Brown scored yet another own goal against liverpool. ('Pool fans has earlier mastered the skill thanks to a certain Norwegian idiot)


Recorded Uses
In one episode of Scrubs, the Janitor, Ted (the lawyer) and the Todd teamed up and simultaneously used the Evil Eye on Carla, who had to buy drinks for them in the end.

The writer proclaimed success in a Level 4 Evil Eye when he successfully stopped some guy from stealing his seat on the train. However, while he was basking in the glory of victory, some other guy sneaked in from behind and stole his seat. Backdooring should be banned. Our governments certainly think so.

Ultimate

The highest proficiency was the level 10 use of the Evil Eye, able to cast its gaze upon adversaries miles away. In its day, it was able to make hobbits shake with fear and put on rings to make themselves invisible so that no one could see that they had wet their pants.

Sadly the Evil Eye disappeared somewhere around the end of the Second Age. Rumoured to be destroyed by those revenge seeking hobbits, it was actually a bad case of myopia that could not be cured as the Orcish Witch Doctors were unable to find a big enough corrective lens.
