It is just a piece of plain blue sky. If you are walking under it, chances are that you will be complaining of the sun.

Somehow when you stop and look up, everything seems different.
The world has stopped, and now all you can see is blue.
everything else, the people, the traffic, the buildings are suddenly gone, reduced to faraway, muted sounds.

Plus it really is space.. i mean, what am i looking at?
the stratosphere of the earth? outer space? some faraway planet invisible to the naked eye?
