people can do the same thing with different intentions

you can perform stunts to raise money for charity and use it for charity, or
you can perform stunts to raise money for charity, after which you misappropriate the funds

you can form a panel to judge an errant monk because he still doesnt know remorse/humility, or
you can form a panel to judge an errant monk because he makes your industry look bad

unless your name is MiZ, you probably cant tell without the benefit of hindsight.

right intentions are important; it makes you a better person or more holy or whatever
it is even more important for religious leaders because they have so much influence and autonomy it becomes easy to be drunk on that power, which was never meant for humans anyway.

NOT to mention that there will always be scores of idiots lapping up your every word because they are too stupid to think for themselves.
