Wrong

When things go wrong, i like to think that it is seldom entirely the fault of one single person. Maybe the majority of the blame can be attributed to one poor fellow, but i feel the environment does play a part as well. Similarly, it can be easy at times to blame a dysfunctional environment, but i guess if you want to something (or want to avoid something), you have to want/not want it so bad that you are willing to step up and change those circumstances.

it is a little scary at times to realize how much we need to improve, but it is also good since it means that we are learning
