Me so Angry

Was on the phone today with an unreasonable customer when I realised that I was feeling very worked up and upset. This was surprising as he was not the meanest person I met.

Perhaps it was because i was not expecting his reaction or because I was not able to persuade him the way I wanted. Perhaps because it also meant I would have to make another round of his case, which means more time spent and incurred.

I guess I am too stressed on too many fronts, with not enough time.
