Pinnacle

Phew! I just crossed a 'physical' milestone today. Didnt think it could be done today, but when i could see the finish line in my head, i just went for it, and i made it in time =D Thus, this post will be happier and lighter than some of the previous ones, since i am on a temporary high now.

This reminds me of a story (whose title i have forgotten) when a group of people came upon the diary of one from a group of adventurers who had been first to explore the planet. The entries were all sombre and depressing, as the ill-fated explorers had gotten lost in the dense jungle and were running out of supplies. Halfway through though, they came stumbled across an elevator like device that enabled them to get to the top of one of the trees. The view from the top was spectacular, allowing them to see the ocean of trees around them. This raised their morale so much so that they were able to carry on many more days than they actually were able to.

Long story huh, i had a hard time thinking of how to explain it =p Anyway, moral of the story is i am going to savour this little victory before i slink back into my hole. Much to learn i still have, for i am not even a padawan yet..
