I have been watching 法證先鋒II and it certainly is much better than the local fare dished out here. Pity i have watched too much CSI, the plotholes make the show much less enjoyable =s

Also managed to catch Pulp Fiction finally, and it was terrific! It was great storytelling, to tell i think 3 stories (?) that were interwoven together. Very neat. But in the end, its still mindless (but very entertaining) entertainment. To quote film critic Jonathan Rosenbaum, "[T]he spiritual awakening at the end of Pulp Fiction, which Jackson performs beautifully, is a piece of jive avowedly inspired by kung-fu movies. It may make you feel good, but it certainly doesn't leave you any wiser." haha how true

Alas, my holiday has come to an end. It always seems the case, that before the hols, i would plan many many things to do and without fail never manage to see them through.. Anyhow, this sem seems the most uncertain because i will be much on my own.. which probably spells certain doom.

i had been very hesistant to post cos this is just so mundane.. but i probably shld mark the start of a new term =x
