hmm... not new nor surprising to me at all. Although if you come up with a list of the World's Most Irresponsible Living Species, I guess you, me, and all other humans would be placed at the top.
It means working for such a huge company does not automatically mean you would share the same traits or values with it, just like although we all fall under the category of homosapiens, some of us are still more responsible than others.

the difference is that working for a particular company is a choice, being human is not. that analogy is not appropriate at all.
