today i attended my first meeting, just to sit in and it was pretty interesting.. in a bad way anyway. if there is an organization with different hierarchy and there are different organizations, with people coming in from different institutions, you are bound to get conflict

i guess some people just have uber inflated egos too big to contain within themselves. being passionate is certainly different from being a pompous (and stubborn) ass! not that it affects me directly, but its just not nice to see. in any case it certainly affects productivity

i know things will get better
