Complacency, Confrontation and Confidence

I guess my work is very interesting, because there is always something happening.

Today I realized that I have been quite complacent in my work. i.e., i just drift off into automatic mode to doing my work without thinking if i should be doing that work at all, or how i should handle the situation. this wasnt the first time that it happened, so it made me realize that i have to always be aware and prepared for any shit that may happen.

On a separate note, I really do not like confront people, which is why i get bullied and make concessions too easily. Sometimes i do not know where to draw the line between getting things done and compromising your position. Again, something i have to take note of so that we can remain accountable as well.

And lastly, of course, you always need confidence going to battle!!!
