Charisma

I don't think I am completely lacking in technical ability. I am definitely not the best but I do know when I am right.

The problem is that I don't inspire love and devotion in people, unlike one of my previous bosses. So although I nominally head a team, I hardly feel like a head or a leader since I lack the charm or wits or steel to make people do what I want. What my boss could do was to make you want to do that something, rather than making you feel like you were doing something that he wanted.

I know I am lucky and should count my blessings, but sometimes I just hate my life!
