It is frustrating at times, when those you work with (especially those above you), are inefficient, or worse, work against you. Some are only around to delegate work, and i mean ONLY, because they suddenly disappear and others have to do their work for them, from start to finish.
It is worse, when they disappear, and you can actually see them doing it, like understanding how the magician does his trick when you are looking from an angle the audience is unable to. You would be similarly gutted, if you did believe in magic.
Complains about others aside, I have my own incompetence to blame too. The overall effect is devastating. Really. Like i took three days to accomplish what could have been done in half an hour, because of all the above factors in play.
