Well today is the first of september, yea so happy teachers day to all the teachers out there. Even though i am pretty sure no one besides me reads this, i just want to say a big thank you to ALL my teachers over the years.
I will never forget those who made a difference in my life, like Ms Ho Siew Hoon (dont think she is a miss anymore tho), Mdm Tham, Mr See Teck Hock, well the list goes on. Ms Ho was a terror in my primary school and was my form teacher for Primary 5 and 6. To put it simply, she was so scary i started doing my homework, and my grades made a 180 degree u-turn. Mdm Tham, also from my primary sch, made me like Chinese! wow
It is impossible for me to forget the #$%^& up teachers, who didnt even qualify to be teachers. From p4 onwards, i used to go for this chinese tuition class every week, taught by the lady boss. One terrible day, when the clouds were overcast, mirrors everywhere shattered and dozens of black cats ran past me, her daughter (then still studying) took over. Not that she wasnt good in Chinese, but her attitude clashed with my personality. and i suffered for it. she picked me out to scold, read out my lousy essays as an example of what not to do. of course, she helped me to hate chinese and my grades plumetted. glad i got out, or i would have had to change my name to Leshrac. oh, and i am not trying to protect her, i simply forgot her name.
Happy Teachers Day, looking forward to celebrating first october :)
