Recent days seem to remind me of Project New Dawn. It all started with Gibson's April's Fool's post.. which made me remember how he was telling everyone victor wouldnt be going anymore.

Then yesterday we went to the crematorium to visit my grandfather.. Last year on the same day, i went for my first ever newspaper collection after paying my respects. It was both tiring and fun.

And on top of it all, my internet connection crashed yesterday. Someone up there obviously feels that i spend way too much time online and thus sent a bolt of lightning into my house. The whole place crackled loudly and the lights went crazy before the power tripped. I can hardly believe it, when the power came back on, only my monitor and the internet cable were fried.

I thought i would be able to handle it easily. After all, didnt i go 20 days without a click last year? I suppose its also a matter of choice and the environment, because only half a day went by and i was already half crazy. Last year, I could choose not to go online, was expecting not to, and had other stuff to do. Now, i dont have the choice and have research to do online! Which explains why i am in the library right now.. of course i am doing other stuff as well =p

i never thought of myself as being addicted or over-dependent on the internet before. My connection will be out till the end of the week at least.. perhaps something good will come out of this!
